No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any purchases. Please ensure that you are satisfied with your order before finalizing your purchase.

Return/Exchange Eligibility

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

1. The product was damaged during transit.
2. You received the wrong item.

To qualify for an exchange, you must:

• Provide a complete unboxing video showing all sides of the package before opening.
• The video must be shot in one continuous take, from unboxing to a clear view of the product.

Return/Exchange Process

1. Notify us of any issue within 2 days of receiving your order.
2. Email the issue to redditch.angamaly@gmail.com along with:
   • Your Order ID.
   • The unboxing video as specified above.

Once we receive the necessary details, we will review your request and respond with the next steps.
