At TEAM REDDITCH, we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our exchange policy below, as we do not offer refunds.
1. No Refunds, Only Exchanges
We do not offer refunds on any purchases. Instead, we offer exchanges under specific circumstances:
- If you receive the wrong item.
- If the product is damaged during transit.
2. Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- You must provide a full, unedited video of the unboxing process that clearly shows the condition of the product and the packaging, including any damage or wrong item received.
- The issue must be reported to us within [number of days, e.g., 3 or 5 days] of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
3. How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, please contact us at redditch.angamaly@gmail.com and provide the following:
- Your order number and details.
- A description of the issue with the product.
- The full unboxing video showing the item and any issues.
Once we receive your request and review the video, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
4. Exchange Process
Once your exchange request is approved:
- You will be asked to return the item (please note that shipping costs for returns may apply).
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and send out a replacement.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the replacement product is shipped.
5. Non-Exchangeable Items
We cannot offer exchanges for:
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Items that do not have an unboxing video or were reported after the specified time frame.
