1. No Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. We process orders promptly to ensure timely delivery, so please double-check all details before completing your purchase.

2. Exchange Option Before Dispatch

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request an exchange for another product of equal or higher value (with any additional payment required). To arrange an exchange before dispatch, please contact us promptly at redditch.angamaly@gmail.com with your order number and preferred replacement item.

3. After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, exchanges and changes are not possible. Please refer to our Exchange Policy for situations involving wrong items or products damaged in transit.
